PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-intake device of a saddle type vehicle for taking air for suction of an air cleaner device or the like of an engine, wherein reduction in the number of parts and miniaturization are materialized while securing effect of preventing entry of water, mud or the like. SOLUTION: A cup-like air-intake chamber case 35 with a constant capacity having an opening end surface 35a is so arranged that the opening end surface 35a holds a clearance d with respect to the outer peripheral wall of the air cleaner case 21. While forming air intake chambers S3-1, S3-2 in the air intake chamber case 35, the clearance d is taken as the air intake port to the air intake chamber.
