PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston pump device provided with both of a vacuum pump function and a high compression performance air compressor function. SOLUTION: In a piston pump device 1 provided with a cylinder 1, a piston 18 reciprocating in the cylinder 16, a suction passage 41 sucking atmospheric air to the cylinder 16, a suction check valve 31 provided in the suction passage 41, a delivery passage 42 for delivering air from the cylinder 16, and a delivery check valve 34 provided in the delivery passage 42, a negative pressure passage 43 communicating to the cylinder 16 is provided, and a negative pressure check valve 36 permitting only gas flow going toward the cylinder 16 from the negative pressure passage 43.
