<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel, light-weighted, having suitable bending strength and shock resistance characteristic, and having good recycle nature. <P>SOLUTION: This heat insulation panel includes: a base material 5 having a recess 4 for storing heat insulation material; a vacuum insulating material 3 fitted in the recess 4 and bonded to the base material 5; and a lid material 6 bonded to the base material 5 to cover the vacuum insulating material. A heat intercepting body 7 formed of these members is held by metal plates 8, the metal plate 8 is bonded to the base material 5 and the lid material 6. The base material 9 and the metal plate 10 are bonded in order on one metal plate 8. The base material 9 and the lid material 6 are formed of polystyrene foaming material dissolved by limonene, so that in removing the heat insulation panel completing joint use, polystyrene is decreased in volume and recovered alternatively. A skin layer is shaped on the surface layer part of the base materials 5, 9 and the lid material 6 by foaming in a die or extrusion of polystyrene to improve mutual bonding strength of members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
