<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake for a vehicle structured so that a component consisting of a different sort of metal is installed on a calipers body made of a certain metal material, capable of suppressing the electrolytic corrosion of the part where the calipers body contacts with the component and thereby enhancing the reliability and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The disc brake for the vehicle is structured so that the calipers body 10 made of aluminum or its alloy is supported on a calipers bracket 20 through a slide pin 16 consisting of a metal material different from the calipers body 10, in which a slide pin 16 is installed on the calipers body 10, wherein a spacer 32 coated on the surface of its base material with an electrolytic corrosion preventive film structured so that aluminum flakes are contained in a resin, is interposed between the slide pin mounting part of the body 10 and the end face of the slide pin 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
