PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add a comment to receipt data.

SOLUTION: This medical office work processor comprises a storage means 3 provided with a regular sentence comment master that stores regular sentence data corresponding to receipt data, and a control means 4 for determining whether a regular sentence can be automatically prepared by referring to the regular sentence comment master based on the prepared receipt data, calling the corresponding regular sentence data if determining automatic preparation to be possible, and adding the regular sentence data as the comment to the receipt data to generate a receipt.
