PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of gathering member information for recognizing clientele even without the read of a member card which is troublesome for a player. SOLUTION: A player information management system comprises a data processing means 4, a counting means 2 with the function of counting the number of acquired game media acquired by the player and transmitting the counted result to the data processing means, and a portable terminal with the function of inputting player information relating to the age and sex, etc., of the player and the function of transmitting the inputted player information to the data processing means. The data processing means comprises the function of making the counting time correspond to the counted result inputted from the counting means, the function of making the reception time correspond to the player information transmitted from the portable terminal, the function of calculating a difference between the counting time and the reception time, the function of judging whether or not the calculated difference is within the preset prescribed time, and the function of making the calculated result correspond to the player information on condition that the difference is within the prescribed time.
