PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation treatment apparatus that can prevent the cross contamination in the cultivation treatment apparatus by securing a clean degree (cleanliness degree) in the cultivation treatment apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a pipette that has a removable chip on its tip and feeds a culture medium to a culture vessel, a waste liquid opening 75 for discharging the culture medium in the chip as waste liquid 18a before the culture medium is fed to the culture vessel with the pipette, a waste liquid tank 18b for storing the waste liquid 18a, a sucking pipe 73 for connecting the waste liquid opening 75 and the waste liquid tank 18b, an exhausting pipe 73 one end of which is connected to the waste liquid tank 18b and the other end is opened, and a sucking means 71 set on the sucking pipe 73 and sucks the waste liquid 18a discarded through the waste liquid opening 75 in the sucking pipe 72 into the tank 18b, and a collecting means 74 that is attached on the exhausting pipe 73 for collecting dust sucked by the sucking means 71 and a waste collecting vessel for collecting the waste chip removed from the tip of the pipette.
