PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide files of captured images into groups so as to be easily edited later. SOLUTION: Group photographing is selected from a menu or the like that is displayed on a display part of a camera after a user turns on a power source. A file of a group 502 is created as a group of a user A, so that captured cuts 1 to 4 belong to the group 502. If the user selects new group photographing from the menu or the like displayed on the display part of the camera for photographing another group in the middle of the present photographing, a file of a group 503 is created and cuts 5 to 8 to be captured belong to the group 503.
