PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving terminal device that can securely receive data even in a blind zone, suppress the cost needed to install a gap filler, and save the time and effort for negotiations for gap filler installation, installing operations, etc., a broadcasting system using the receiving terminal device, and a broadcast receiving method. SOLUTION: A satellite broadcast tuner part 7 which receives a radio wave from, for example, a broadcasting satellite 3 and a mobile telephone wireless control part 6 which receives a radio wave from a base station 4 are used in combination to switch and receives the radio wave from the broadcasting station 3 and the radio wave from the base station 4 according to reception sensitivity to the radio wave from the broadcasting station 3, so data can be received even in a blind zone, for example, between building and in a building and so on, that the radio wave from the broadcasting station 3 hardly reaches.
