摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material of nano crystalline copper or a copper alloy having high hardness, high strength, high electric conductivity and high toughness. SOLUTION: Copper metal powder is composed of aggregates of copper metal nano crystal grains or copper alloy nano crystal grains, wherein nano crystal grain has a size of 2-1,000 nm. This bulk material of a nano crystal copper or a copper alloy having high hardness, high strength and high electric conductivity, is composed of a great number of nano crystal copper or copper alloy grains being firmly bound with one another. Then, this bulk material of the nano crystal copper or copper alloy having high hardness, high strength, high electric conductivity and high toughness is produced by subjecting the copper powder or copper alloy powder to solidification forming such as vacuum hot solidification forming or explosive forming, etc., for example, spark-plasma sintering at a temperature of 250-700°C, hot pressing, sheath rolling, hot forging, extruding, hot isotropic pressure forming (HIP).
