PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse throw-in box of a refuse collection vehicle capable of enhancing the durability of an option parts provided on the refuse throw-in box of the refuse collection vehicle, and to enhance the display visibility by the option parts during the collection work by storing an opening/closing door of the refuse throw-in box in the refuse throw-in box above a throw-in port, and eliminating a portion above the throw-in port to be covered by the opening/closing door. SOLUTION: Upper and lower pairs of guide rails 9, 9, 11, 11 are provided on side panels 3, 3 in the refuse throw-in box 1 along a rear face of the refuse throw-in box 1. An opening/closing door 23 of a refuse throw-in port 22 which is moved in the refuse throw-in box 1 through the guide of these guide rails and opened/closed is provided, and an option parts is mounted on a rear face above the refuse throw-in box.
