PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedback control device that solves the problem of feedback control using a servo motor wherein, when a speed signal or the like is obtained through the detection of the amount of rotation of the servo motor using an encoder or the like, the amount detected could have ripples due to the limit of resolution and software-based periodic computations, whereas the use of a ripple-smoothing element such as a filter causes time delay and could degrade stability in terms of control. SOLUTION: The control device includes a simulation computing part 104 comprising a controller model computing part 105 that simulates a controller 101 based on the input of movement instructions 110 and a machine model computing part 106 that simulates machinery; and a correction computing part 108 that corrects sensor detection signals using the results of computations by the computing part 104 and feeds the signals back to the controller. The correction computing part 108 provides corrected sensor signals with few ripples and no time delay by using both simulation computations and the sensor signals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
