PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication and report system for applying a psychologic stress to a burglar without being detected by the burglar in case that householders may be harmed by the burglar who intruded, and performing the emergency call to a police or the like. SOLUTION: A radio transmission type push-button switch 1 is always kept in a pocket or the like of night clothes even in sleeping. If the burglar intrudes, a push button 11 is pressed down, whereby the emergency call can be safely performed without causing the harm to the householders. Since all the power is covered with built-in batteries 13 and 23, this system functions well even if a lamp line power supply is cut. The system includes a timer 3, a sound effect generation device 4, and a wrong operation signal canceling circuit 12. Therefore, psychologic stress can be applied to the burglar, a wrong operation can be canceled, and even if a telephone line is cut by the burglar, alarm can be performed wirelessly without trouble.
