PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality organic display device with super fine pattern without possibility of residual such as solvent. SOLUTION: In a process to manufacture the high quality organic display device with the super fine pattern, after forming a light photosensitive resin layer which is sensitive to light, electron rays or radioactive rays, a non-exposed phase and an exposed phase are formed by exposure. Volatile substance vapor (luminescent pigment, electron or hole transportation material and the like) which interacts with an exposed part or a non-exposed part is adhered to a surface of the photosensitive resin, the volatile substance is permeated and diffused in the exposed phase or the no-exposed phase.
