PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a positional error between a standby connector and a mating connector by displacement of the standby connector in connecting the standby connector to the mating connector while reducing a cost by reducing the number of components and mounting manhours with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This standby connector 10 is held, when mounted to a mounting hole 2 of a panel member 1, to the mounting hole 2 of the panel member 1 so as to be displaceable in the bending direction of respective FFC 12 by respectively engaging the vicinities of top parts of bent parts of the respective FFC 12 with edge parts 2a of the mounting hole 2 while the edge parts 2a of the mounting hole 2 is respectively slidably fitted to respective fitting slots 14.
