PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing ladder bearing capable of being inexpensively manufactured as it is composed of simplified components, and easily replacing the components. SOLUTION: This swing ladder bearing is composed of a pair of track plates 2, 3 receiving axial load, a rolling element 5 rotatably mounted between the pair of track plates, a plurality of cages 4, 24 for retaining the rolling element, and a guide mechanism 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14 for guiding turning swing of the cages generated in accompany with turning swing of one of the track plates, and one of the track plates is turned and swung to the other track plate. The guide mechanism is composed of guide members 13, 14 having tapers fixed to outer peripheral straight parts of the cages, and elements 8, 11 mounted outside of the cages and relatively slid to the guide members.
