<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open and close an interface part of an output apparatus and a finishing module with good reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A rotating type mount (for example, a hinge) 22 is provided between an output apparatus 100 (for example, a copying machine) from which a sheet can be outputted and a finishing module 10 which can receive the sheet fed from the output apparatus 100 and apply a finishing process to the sheet. The rotating type mount 22 is installed near a back part of the output apparatus 100.
