<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an image defect of a sheet after a toner fixes to a sheet while making the apparatus compact. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus having a heat fixing device 1 for fixing the image formed on the print paper sheet S by an image forming section 60, an ejection path 7 for ejecting the print paper sheet S ejected from the heat fixing device 1 to the outside of a copying machine, a reverse path 10 for supplying the sheet one end of which is discharged from the heat fixing device 1 to the image forming section 60 and for reversing the front and back of the print paper sheet and a reverse delivery path 15 for introducing the sheet past the reverse path to the ejection path, comprises a blast cooler 30 for preventing the image surface of the print paper sheet S to be introduced into the reverse path from abutting on the reverse path by a blast. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
