<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with respect to fruit juice-containing drink, significantly suppressing the precipitation of fruit juice while retaining a condition of light feeling passing through the throat without destroying flavor of the fruit juice and giving viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: This method for suppressing the precipitation of fruit juice comprises singly using water-soluble hemicellulose in the fruit juice-containing drink, or using, in addition to the water-soluble hemicellulose, one or at least two kinds selected from HM pectin, carboxymethyl-cellulose, tamarind seed gum and Locust bean gum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
