<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewn-type circular baby holder that can be easily mounted, even if a user is a first-timer, to be convenient to carry around, can hold a child safely and comfortably in various postures as it is provided with a means for easily adjusting the length of the perimeter of the circle of the sewn-type circular baby holder into an appropriate length, is compatible to the body size of the user and the increase in size of baby with the growth of the child, and can be manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The sewn-type circular baby holder is provided with a belt loop in parallel with the circular shape at both ends. An adjusting belt is set through the belt loop, inserted through a clamp and pulled tight, loosen again and then fixed by the clamp to enable adjusting the length of the parameter and the shape of the circle of such holding section.
