<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correspondence course which enables a learner to learn a song lyric producing method for easily writing lyrics, whose number of notes is fixed and which enables even a learner who cannot read or write musical notes to compose a melody, and to provide an activity system for those who have completed the course and acquired such skills. <P>SOLUTION: First, in order to facilitate song lyric production on the principle of fixed number of notes, a manuscript paper on which "ideogram" writing columns and "phonogram" writing columns are arranged in parallel is used, and the learner can create lyrics with fixed number of notes, without spoiling the meaning of lyrics. Second, musical composition is systematized by dividing the steps into a step, wherein a learner who cannot read or write a musical note creates a song with the learner's own voice, records it, and completes the song; a step wherein a musical note is created, based on the recorded original song of the learner's own voice; and subsequent steps. Third, membership organizations separated by the acquired skill are united to systematize the activities such as leasing of devices for learning and despatching of an instructor to the correspondence course participants, composing music, discovering and holding a recital of old songs/tunes and folktales, holding a concert of new songs, preservation and succession of traditional music. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
