MINUTE QUANTITY TYPE HIGH SHEAR FORMING MACHINE, NANO DISPERSION POLYMER BLEND EXTRUDED SUBSTANCE USING IT, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute quantity type high shear forming machine manufacturing a polymer blend film having a microscopically dispersed structure such as a both continuous structure or the like by employing an inner returning type screw and kneading the polymers under high shear.

SOLUTION: It is possible to set a rotation number of a screw arbitrarily in the range of 50 rpm to 3,000 rpm in case of kneading a molten polymer blend sample with a screw. It is further possible to arbitrarily set a kneading time decreasing in inverse proportion to the rotation number of the screw by employing the inner returning type screw. By this it becomes possible to make the polymer blend film having such a microscopically dispersed structure as has a dispersing phase size of one polymer component of a plurality of polymer components contained in the sample controlled at several nanometers in case of dispersing the polymer component in another polymer component as a matrix or such a structure as has both the polymer components microscopically continuously connected to each other or the like.
