<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide other variations of a method and an apparatus for separating foreign matters from a material flow (11, 15). <P>SOLUTION: The method for separating foreign matters from the material flow is characterized by transferring at least one portion of the material (12, 12', 13) of the material flow (11, 15) into a region of a foreign matter-recognizing device (16, 17, 18) in the form of a partial material flow (11, 15), recognizing the foreign matter (13) in the partial material flow (15) with the foreign matter-recognizing device (16 to 18), then removing the foreign matter (13) from the partial material flow (15), and forming the partial material flow (15) passing through a sieving section by using air flows (21, 22) on the upstream side of the foreign matter-recognizing device (16 to 18). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
