PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-sewn adhesive tape which may be set in a condition strongly combined directly with an object without danger of hooks to be caught by thread to improve texture and appearance and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: An upper mold is disposed correspondingly to a lower mold to form a space for molding material injection wherein molding material is injected to form an adhesive tape. A plurality of guide grooves and ribs arranged in sequence are set on the surface of the upper mold. The lower mold comprises a first first plate with a plurality of cross-directional hooks and a second plate with a plurality of recessions and extrusions. A plurality of guide grooves and ribs with through holes at their side edge are formed on one surface of the adhesive tape by the upper and lower molds and a plurality of cross directional hooks on the other surface to form the adhesive tape. Using the surface with the plurality of guide grooves and ribs of the adhesive tape, the object can be provided with the adhesive tape by injecting a plastic material into the guide grooves and the through holes of the ribs.
