PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless relaying device that relays a wireless network of sensor equipment at low cost without using any dedicated access point. SOLUTION: The wireless relaying device has a means for connection with a home electric appliance or building facility equipment, a communication means of sending and receiving a message to and from a 1st network, a means of controlling the home electric appliance or building facility equipment at a request indicated in a received request message and also generating an answer message, a means of controlling it, a communication means of sending and receiving a message to and from a 2nd network, a means of holding information of a received message, and a means of reading the held information out and generating an answer message at a request indicated in the request message received from the 1st network.
