PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biaxially oriented polyester film having good color tone and high weatherability while retaining such advantages in using the film as mechanical properties, electrical properties, dimensional stability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, surface hardness and high transparency. SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyester film is characterized by being≤2 in transmittance b-value and containing 0.3-3 wt.% of a cyanoacrylate-based tetramer compound.
