PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic sponge excellent in the weather-resistance, oil-resistance and water-resistance, with excellent touch and softness, on which a cosmetic material spreads well. SOLUTION: Meshes A whose maximum length is less than 200μm and meshes B whose maximum length is at least 200μm are mixed, and the number of the meshes A is larger than the number of the meshes B in the cosmetic sponge made of polyurethane with three-dimensional mesh structure. In another embodiment, the number of the meshes whose maximum length is less than 40μm is at least 50% of the total number of the meshes in the cosmetic sponge made of polyurethane resin with three-dimensional mesh structure.
