PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aluminum product capable obtaining an aluminum product having excellent strength with reduced stages. SOLUTION: The method for producing an aluminum product comprises: a stage A wherein an aluminum alloy material is molded by a casting method to obtain an intermediate molded body; a stage B1 wherein the intermediate molded body is heated, and is subjected to solution treatment at a temperature in the range of -10 to +5°C from the melting point of the aluminum alloy material; a stage B2 wherein, after cooling, it is cold-worked, so as to be a shape close to that of a product; and a stage B3 where it is heated once more, and is subjected to aging treatment.
