PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure in a motorcycle capable of being lightened. SOLUTION: The frame structure comprises a head pipe 10 for supporting a handle steerably, a front frame 11 extended downward and backward from the head pipe 10, an intermediate frame 12 that is bent at the lower end of the front frame and extended substantially horizontally, a rear frame 13 that is inserted into the rear end of the intermediate frame 12 and extended upward and backward, a seat stay bolt 5 for supporting a seating seat 8 with respect to the rear frame 13, and a rear combination stay 7 that is formed of a member separated from respective frame members 11, 12 and 13, connected with the rear frame 13, extended backward, and mounted with a with combination lamp 15 at its rear end.
