PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect attribute information such as copyright information inside a stream precisely on an output of the stream even in a special reproducing mode such as a reverse slow reproducing, a fast reproducing and a reverse reproducing. SOLUTION: From the stream which is read out to a temporary-storage memory 124 from a recording medium 122, encoded presentation data such as a video and an audio are separated by a stream analysis section 126 and decoded by a decoder 128 and is outputted by an output control section 130. From the stream which is read out to the temporary-storage memory 124 from the recording medium 122, the attribute information such as copyright information and the presentation time corresponding thereto are extracted by a copyright information acquisition section 151, and a table recording in association with them, is created by a copyright information management section 152. Then, at the specific time which is indicated by the presentation time recorded in the table, the attribute information corresponding to the presentation time is reflected on an output of the presentation data by a reproducing mode control section 112 and the output control section 130.
