PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when installing a fan shroud, even in a warped fan shroud. SOLUTION: A flange part 12 forms a first wall surface 14 and a second wall surface 15 engaging with a shroud installing part 9. Thus, after fastening and fixing one flange part 12 among four flange parts 12 to the shroud installing part 9 by a bolt 10, a residual flange part 12 is temporarily fixed to a residual shroud installing part 9, and can be fastened and fixed. Even if the resin fan shroud 8 is warped, installation workability of the fan shroud 8 can be improved without requiring to perform fastening work while keeping a state of correcting a position of the flange part 12.
