#CMT# #/CMT# Wet treated hose is disentangled mechanically and fully untwisted. It is opened-out. Gentle de-watering follows, using a ring suction nozzle and vacuum, simultaneously ordering and aligning the stitches around the entire circumference, by judicious over-expansion. An optional further over-expansion or pre-shrinkage follows. The hose is cut without a separation row and unfolded. In this state, the knit is laid down wet. Following unfolding it is alternatively fully-dewatered, dried and fixed.
