FIELD: canned goods from sea products. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely blanching of trepang meat and skinned fish fillet in vegetable oil, followed by cutting thereof; shredding and freezing of white cabbage, cutting and roasting in vegetable oil of carrot and onion; salt cucumber cutting. Components are mixed under heating up to 70-75°C in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, canned stone-free olives, acetic acid, wheal flour, sugar, salt, black pepper, allspice, clove, cinnamon, and water. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with bay leaf in specific component ratio. ^ EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value. |
