PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin having excellent dispersibility, capable of providing an external preparation with an excellent feeling such as soft feeling, spreadability, softness, etc. SOLUTION: This wet material of (meth)acrylic acid ester-based resin particle is obtained by adding 5-100 pts.wt. of an aqueous solution of an organic solvent to 100 pts.wt. of a crosslinked (meth)acrylic acid ester-based resin particle having 0.01-0.6 kgf/mm<2> compression strength at 10% deformation. This external preparation comprises the wet material. |
