PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by preventing an occurrence of an edge separation in a carcass layer while lightening and shortening production time. SOLUTION: A belt layer 4 is buried in a tread part 3 as well as setting individually a carcass layer 5 which is formed by reciprocating each carcass code continually and zigzag at the right and left regions between a tire width direction both end parts of the belt layer 4 and a pair of right and left bead parts 1, 1. The edges of the right and left carcass layers 5 are overlapped on the underside of the edge of the belt layer 4. |
