Sealing element

A seal element (4) is arranged between a tension plate (3) and a baseplate (2). Tension rods (5) passed through an opening (6) in the baseplate press the seal element. An arch-shaped member (7) adjoins a guide (8) whose radius (R) is approximately 5 and 20 times the diameter of the opening (6), depending on the cable/pipe (10) laid. This opening meets the arch-shaped member tangentially.
