The device has a seal (13) with a sealing lip (14), and a sensor device is provided with a measuring guide in a sealed area, where the guide is provided with a sealed medium. A supporting device attached to the seal is provided with a support lip that partially and longitudinally surrounds a sealed shaft to form a large reservoir. The supporting device is then filled with the sealed medium. An independent claim is also included for a container cap with a sealing device.
