The mounting system for attaching mower units (3) to a three-point hitch (7) on the front end of a tractor (5) comprises a long lever (10) with a horizontal pivot (18) at the hitch end. Two shorter levers (12, 13) connect the long lever with a machine frame (2), on which the mowing units are mounted, to form a parallelogram lever system.
