Dry coat (A) comprises (mass%): mineral charge (I) (40-60) (having a diameter (d50) of 5-20 (preferably 10-15) microns); hydrophobic expanded perlite (II) (5-10) (having a diameter (d50) of 20-100 microns); and a binder (III) (4-20). Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparation of (A); and (2) method for building a structure comprising juxtaposition of gypsum plaster plates providing a paper facing, optionally installation of a strip, covering of the joint between the plates by means of (A) based on (I) and (III) (where (A) is applied by the airless technique or without air).
