摘要 <p>Microfluid reaction carrier, with a number of reaction zones, has a flow channel structure for fluids to pass through. Feed channels and parallel outflow channels are interlinked by angled connecting channels which also act as part of the feed and outflow channels structure. Microfluid reaction carrier, with a number of reaction zones, has a flow channel structure for fluids to pass through. The flow channel structure (1) is arranged on three flow planes. The feed channels (2) are in parallel on one plane, and the parallel outflow channels (3) are on the third plane. The connecting channels (4), forming the reaction zones, are in the center plane (30), linking the channels together in the outer planes at right angles or virtually at right angles. The projections of the channels in the first and third planes intersect at an angle. Each flow channel has an individual flow control with a valve system for fluid to flow in and for the fluid to be extracted. The fluid taken from each reaction zone is removed without contact with a fluid from other reaction zones. The flow channel structure is covered by a transparent layer on one or both sides (10,20). The transparent cover is of glass or plastics, with an integrated system of micro-lenses to focus light on the reaction zones and concentrate emitted light from reactions. The transparent cover can be composed of a number of parallel and fused glass fibers, forming a transparent honeycomb structure, where incoming and outgoing light is paralleled and scattered light is blocked from spreading into the transparent cover. The walls between the feed and outflow channels are impermeable to light. The connecting channels are formed by a number of fused glass fiber bundles, where the glass fiber cores are etched out to give micro-channels, only at the reaction zones. The connecting plane can be of a silicon layer, with a number of etched channels. A number of flow planes can be assembled together, where their reaction zones do not overlap and can be exposed to light individually which is directed specifically to each reaction zone. A programmable light source matrix is integrated in the reaction carrier for synthesis and analysis. A number of different receptors are fitted to the carrier at specific zones such as nucleic acids such as DNA, RNA, matter similar to nucleic acids such as peptide nucleic acids (PNA), peptides and saccharides. The receptors are of separate synthesis components, synthesized at the carrier. A component is between the receptor and carrier, to split the receptor for a functional group to remain at the carrier for the synthesis of a new receptor.</p>
