The method involves spraying water droplets through nozzles (11) at the level of a storage area for removing dust generated by unloading and loading of pulverulent substances (4). The nozzles are placed inside a caisson (2) that is positioned above a conveyor belt (3). The caisson has an opening for authorizing a passage for an unloading vehicle (6). An independent claim is also included for a device for loading and/or unloading of pulverulent substances in or from a storage area.
