Organic sulfur-nitrogen compounds (I) are new. Organic sulfur-nitrogen compounds (I) of formula (R 1>R 2>N(-S x-R 3>-S x-NR 4>) n-S x-R 3>-SX-NR 5>R 6>) are new. R 4>methyl, ethyl, n-butyl, iso-butyl, t-butyl, (cyclo)hexyl, octyl, phenyl or benzyl; R 1>, R 2>, R 5>, R 6>H or R 4>; R 3>phenylene, methylene, ethylene, butylene or hexylene; n : 1-50 (when R 1>, R 2>, R 5> or R 6> is H then n is 0); and x : 2-6. An independent claim is also included for the preparation of (I).
