PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device structure optimal to be used for heating, besides a purpose of cooling, in an absorption refrigerating machine for heating the refrigerant for regeneration by using two kinds of the exhaust at a different temperature as a heat source. SOLUTION: This absorption refrigerating machine is provided with a high- temperature regenerator 1, a low-temperature regenerator 2, a third regenerator 3, a condenser 4, a second condenser 5, an evaporator 6, and an absorber 7 so that cooling operation such as cooling is enabled by using the discharged hot-water supplied from a discharged hot-water supply pipe 23 and the high- temperature exhaust gas supplied from a high-temperature exhaust gas supply pipe 21. In this absorption refrigerating machine, heating operation such as heating is enabled by providing an absorption liquid pipe wherein an opening/ closing valve 13 is interposed to supply the absorption liquid and the refrigerant steam, which are separated by heating in the high-temperature regenerator 1 by using the only high-temperature exhaust gas supplied form the high- temperature exhaust gas supply pipe 21 as a heat source, to the absorber 7 and providing a refrigerant pipe wherein an opening/closing valve 14 is interposed.
