<p>Session information (4) including a session identification and information such as user identities, time stamps and different commands is created and stored in a data storage means (2) accessible for the users via the computer network to which their computers (1a, 1b, 1n) have access. The users can retrieve information from this session information and/or add information to this session information so that commands can be retrieved by each user and executed on their computer. Information is retrieved and entered by means of a web browser and/or a script stored on a webpage accessed by the users, preferably a clientside script, JavaScript or a Visual Basic Script. The commands comprise one or more directions for enabling simultaneous navigation on a website (the directions comprising events e.g. corresponding to the movements of the user's mouse which are executed or shown on the other user's computer(s)), text messages for chatting, audio and video enabling real-time video conferencing or changes to a document enabling simultaneous editing of the document by multiple users. The session information is in the format of a HTML, XML, text, JSP or ASP file.</p> |
