PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel capable of enhancing visibility even outdoors which can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The display panel has at least black layer 11 having a function to mitigate and flatten an uneven step at a lower part, and a light emitting element disposed on the black layer 11. The reflection rate of the black layer 11 is reduced and visibility is enhanced by absorbing light from the outside. By making the black layer 11 flat, it is possible to improve the uniformity of the film thicknesses of a film to be the light-emitting element and improve the in-plane uniformity of light emission.
