PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit for high-resolution composed of lenses which are all plastic lenses. SOLUTION: The optical unit includes lenses (1) and (2). (1) The plastic lenses have an Abbe's number of 45-60. (2) The plastic lenses have structural units expressed by Formulae (A), (B) and (C). The structural unit of the Formula (A) is 5-50 mol% in all the structural units. The plastic lens is obtained to inject and mold polycarbonate, of which the limiting viscosity is 0.30-0.50 dl/g.
