PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve for suppressing the turbulence of a flow rate and that of control pressure. SOLUTION: A poppet valve provided at the tip of a rod 5 comprises a body section 51 and a tip section 52. The body section 51 shows a function for closing a valve by being seated at a seat 6 and for opening the valve by separating from the seat 6. The tip section 52 shows a function for straightening the flow of fluid by entering the inside of a through hole 61 provided at the seat 6. Then, the outer wall surface of any of the body section 51 and the tip section 52 is composed of a tapered surface, and the taper angle of the outer wall surface at the tip section 52 is larger than that of the outer wall surface at the body section 51.
