PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure controller capable of easily controlling in a simple structure with fewer components and effectively saving energy and reducing a generating amount of waste oil by preserving working oil for a long period and restraining wastes disposal expenses. SOLUTION: The oil pressure controller shuts a hydraulic circuit comprising an actuator driving unit 3 having a two-step speed actuator 31 which arranges a small-diameter cylinder 31b around the center of a piston of a large-diameter cylinder 31a, an oil pressure generating unit 2 having a pump 21 which is driven by a servo motor 12 and controls a discharging direction and hydraulic force, and a servo motor controlling mechanism 1 controlling a rotating direction and the number of rotations of the servo motor 12 in response to an operation cycle of the two-step speed actuator 31.
