PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a worker to insert a cluster into a hermetic terminal due to the space between the inside of a hermetic container and a compression element being narrow, and therefore, a working space is not sufficiently secured, resulting in a long manufacturing cycle time. SOLUTION: The cluster 30 comprises three terminal boards 132 corresponding to three terminal pins 124 respectively, a coil spring 133 for pressing the terminal boards 132 to the terminal pins 124, a magnet 132 for attracting and fixing the outer periphery of the cluster 130 to the inside wall face of a lower container 103 on the outer periphery of a flange 115, and a cluster body 136 for housing these. The worker can thereby easily connect and fix the cluster 130 to the hermetic terminal 112 only by lightly pressing the cluster 130 to the hermetic terminal 112. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
