PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water droplet from infiltrating in the inside of a hull during sailing. SOLUTION: A steering wheel device 100 is equipped with a steering wheel post part 110 fixed to the hull 4, a steering wheel part 140 rotatably supported with respect to the steering wheel post part 110, and a steering cover 160 which covers at least front of a divided surface part 180 of the steering wheel post part 110 and the steering wheel part 140.
